💼 How I Work – Treatment Procedure
Your Prettiness is the personal beauty service of Lirolay Rocio Moyano, certified beautician and pedicure specialist.
All treatments can be delivered at your own location, offering you convenience, comfort, and personalized care in your own space.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are a few important points to keep in mind:
📍 Service Area & Call-Out Conditions
No call-out fees are charged.
However, a minimum treatment value of € 37 is required to book an on-location appointment.
I offer services within the following areas:
- Amsterdam Centrum (Downtown)
- Amsterdam West
- Amsterdam Nieuw-West
- Amsterdam Zuid
- Buitenveldert
For appointments in the following areas, a travel fee of approximately € 15 (+ minimum treatment value of € 37 ) will be applied to cover time and transportation:
- Amsterdam Oost (East)
- Amsterdam Zuidoost (South-East)
- Diemen
- Amstelveen
🕒 Appointment Timing
Due to unpredictable traffic conditions, the scheduled appointment time may shift by ±15 minutes.
I will always do my best to arrive on time and keep you informed.When making an appointment, we will discuss the specific treatment you want. This allows me to prepare and bring the correct equipment tailored to your needs.
🛠️ Setup & Space Requirements
Setting up the treatment chair and materials takes around 5 to 10 minutes.
Please ensure there’s sufficient space for the setup.
The treatment area must be close to power outlets and have access to both warm and cold water.
🧺 Towel Requirements
To maintain hygiene and comfort during your treatment, I kindly ask you to prepare:

If I’m unavailable, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Once I receive your request, I will check my calendar for availability and confirm your appointment.
💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy
Cash payments are preferred.
Card payments (PIN) are also possible if cash is not an option.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance!
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the agreed treatment cost.
